The challenge
Phoenix Piling are a specialist piling and groundworks contractor (CFA piling, auger bored and bottom driven piling, contiguous piled walls, piled raft slabs, underpinning and foundations), working across residential, commercial and infrastructure projects throughout Sussex, Surrey and London.
They know their trade inside out, with a hands-on team you deal with directly. There are no layers of management between you and the people doing the work. But they had no website. Like a lot of specialist contractors, they’d assumed it would be expensive and that word of mouth was enough. The catch: when a main contractor, developer or homeowner searches “piling contractor Sussex” or “underpinning near me”, a firm with no website simply doesn’t exist to them. Every one of those searches was a potential job going to a competitor who could be found.
