We are based in Hassocks, West Sussex, in the middle of Mid Sussex. A lot of the work is for trades and independents in Burgess Hill, Hurstpierpoint, Haywards Heath, Brighton and the towns around them. Further out, phone, email and video cover it. You do not need to be on our doorstep to get a site live.
If you already have a site on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or GoDaddy and you have outgrown it, say so in the first line. Migrations are a normal job here: content across, 301s, email and domain kept with you. If you have no site at all, that is normal too. The electrician, band and heating jobs in our work started from a blank page.
IT questions are welcome as well. Microsoft 365, a messy tenant, or whether you even need a fractional IT director: that sits on the IT consulting side. We are not an MSP and we do not sell a helpdesk contract. If the honest answer is that you need a different kind of supplier, we will say so rather than stretch the brief.

We do not publish a shop-front address because this is not a walk-in studio. Nearby, we can meet when a conversation is easier face to face. For everyone else, a call or a screen share is enough to scope a one-page site, a migration, or an IT project. Keep this name, phone and email the same on your own site and Google Business Profile if you ever list us as a supplier. Consistency is what local search rewards.

Before you write
A short message is fine. The more of the list below you can include, the faster we can say yes, no, or “that needs a quote” rather than a chain of follow-ups.
Your name and the business name. What you do in one sentence. The towns or patch you cover. The current website URL if there is one, even if you hate it. What you want next: a new one-pager, a multi-page rebuild, a shop, a move off Wix, Squarespace or WordPress, SEO, GEO, Google Business Profile help, or IT advice. If you have a logo or a couple of sites whose look you like, attach or link those too.
You do not need a brief, a mood board or a list of plugins. You do not need to know what hosting is. If you would rather see a homepage before you spend anything, ask for a free mockup instead of a quote. Typical one-page sites go live in about five working days once we have what we need. Bigger builds and migrations take longer because we are protecting rankings, email and the domain, not just making a pretty page. Prices for the core site are on the pricing page: £99 setup plus £29 a month, or £299 a year. We will not bounce you into a retainer you did not ask for.
